Cancellation and Refund Policy

The contents hereof shall constitute the Company’s cancellation and refund policy in relation to the Service rendered on the Website (“Cancellation and Refund Policy”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions of the User Agreement.

 

Cancellation and Refunds by the Company

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on availability of products for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, technical or technological problems or problems identified in relation to credit / debit fraud. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled by the Company after your credit / debit card has been charged and if the product you have ordered has not been dispatched by the Company, the said amount will be refunded to that credit / debit card account. In case you do not receive the product(s) that have been dispatched by the Company within the time period mentioned, you are required to contact the Company at either the telephone number or address mentioned under ‘Contact us’ or e-mail us at support@imara.in. The product dispatch details will then be intimated to you over the telephone or sent to the e-mail address provided by you as part of the Registration Data. Neither this Website nor the Company accepts liability for you not being able to receive the product after it has been dispatched by the Company. Unless otherwise provided herein, you are not entitled to a refund for the amount charged on your credit / debit card. .

 

Cancellation by you

You agree and acknowledge that you are not entitled to cancel any orders made by you on this Website. However, you may make a request to the Company for cancellation of an order made by you on this Website (“Cancellation Request”) by contacting us at either the telephone number or address mentioned under ‘Contact us’ or by sending an e-mail regarding the same to support@imara.in. You agree and understand that the Company has the sole right to accept or reject your Cancellation Request. In the event the Company accepts your Cancellation Request, you agree and acknowledge that the Company shall be entitled to deduct all costs and expenses including but not limited to shipping costs, etc. (“Costs”), associated with your order for which you have submitted a Cancellation Request, from the amount paid by you for such order. If Cancellation Request has been accepted by the Company after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to that credit / debit card account after the Company has deducted the Costs as mentioned above.



Return policy terms and conditions

With voucher sales at Imara.in, we do not carry out any refunds for products that need to been returned. Instead, we have an exchange policythrough the use of an e-voucher for the returned products bill amount.

 A product can only be exchanged if:

-The product has not been used

-The product still has the garment tag on it.

- The product has to be returned in original packaging

- The product has to be returned within 15 days of purchase

 

Process of returns:

1. Fill out our returns form on the Imara website

2. We will then arrange for the product to be picked up. For locations we do not have a pick up services, the product will have to be shipped to us on a to–pay basis and the amount will be refunded to you.

3. Once the returned item reached our warehouse (this could take up-to 10 days’ time), a new           e-voucher code will be issued to you for the amount of the products returned that can be used to shop on the Imara website.

4. The voucher is only valid for 7 days form the date of issue

5. Please note, if the whole exchange amount on the e-voucher is not redeemed on your next purchase, the remaining balance will not be refunded to you in anyway.
